Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH)in Bolivar, MOis hiring a Front Office Clerk to assist our patients at Orthopedic & Spine Clinic CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Only an hour away is Branson, which includes many shows to see, Silver Dollar City and shopping About the department: CMH Orthopedic & Spine Clinic provides orthopedic services, surgical and nonsurgical options and Orthopedic Walk-in availability. A typical day includes: answering the telephone and routing to theappropriate person, scheduling patient appointments. Keeping the reception area neat and clean. Obtaining Universal Consent, updating patient insurance and demographic information, collecting clinic co-pays, and drafting letters for patients. Responsible for exiting the patient in a courteous and pleasant manner and assisting them with any questions or problems they have prior to leaving the clinic.
