Patient Access Representative – ABA Services (Bilingual) The Patient Access Representative – ABA Services supports the front-end patient experience by handling intake communications, verifying information, and coordinating next steps for ABA therapy services. This role is highly patient-facing and requires bilingual fluency. Prior ABA or autism services experience is required due to the specialized nature of care. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for ABA patient inquiries Communicate with families in Spanish and English Review intake forms, referrals, and patient details for accuracy Follow up on missing or incomplete information Track intake progress and update internal systems Coordinate with scheduling and care teams What You Bring Required: Experience in ABA or behavioral health intake Required: Fluent Spanish and strong English skills Detail-oriented and process-driven Comfortable with high-volume, patient-facing calls #J-18808-Ljbffr
