Senior React Native Engineer, Mobile Join Fullscript as a Senior React Native Engineer to shape the technical direction of our e‑commerce mobile application. Overview Fullscript powers integrative care through a health intelligence platform used by 125,000 practitioners and 10 million patients. We build tools that save time, simplify decisions, and strengthen the connection between practitioner and patient. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Technical Lead to plan, architect, and deliver high‑quality mobile app features using Expo, React Native, Typescript, and React. Serve on the mobile‑focused team to maintain native app infrastructure, core workflows, and performance best practices. Participate in code reviews, apply engineering best practices, and mentor developers from other pods to foster a culture of growth. Stay current with mobile development trends, evaluate new technologies, and incorporate them into projects when appropriate. Qualifications 5+ years of experience building mobile applications with React Native or Expo. Proven track record of releasing stable mobile apps and understanding mobile‑specific shipping requirements. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams. Experience optimizing mobile UI/UX, performance, security, or working with native platform APIs and IDEs. Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
