DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to drive our SaaS Enterprise-Grade Voice.AI Meeting Call Recording and Insights solution a pioneering AI-powered platform that helps organizations capture, analyze, and leverage meeting intelligence. What You Will Gain Work with cutting-edge Conversational AI and Voice.AI technologies. Lead in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow in AI, product development, and SaaS. Responsibilities Ensure that the team builds and ships products according to the customer value and business value Contribute to setting strategical vision and comprehensive product roadmap Conduct and maintain competitive analysis Define and track key product metrics (e.g., user adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue impact Drive continuous product discovery through deep customer insights and needs analysis Build and maintain an agile, prioritized product backlog Work closely with development, and UX/UI teams to estimate features, define requirements, and collaborate on release plans Coordinate cross-functional efforts across development, marketing, sales, support, and legal teams Communicate internal and external communication of product value propositions Requirements Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience 3+ years in product management or a product-adjacent discipline, with a record of successful delivery of product values in collaboration with development and business teams Experience in creating strategic product roadmap(s from conception to launch Experience in leading the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions Ability to work collaboratively across geographically dispersed teams Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority Demonstrated "get things done" problem-solving approach Excellent communication and presentational skills Advantages Deep expertise in emerging AI technologies: Conversational AI, Generative AI, AI model evaluation and deployment Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, marketing, engineering, UX/UI, sales3 years #J-18808-Ljbffr
