Paid Social Channel Specialist – Full-time Location: Remote: Argentina (preferred LATAM or Central/Eastern Europe) Compensation: USD 2K – 2.8K/month plus performance-based bonus Mission of Sagan Recruitment: "We help US businesses efficiently utilize Global Talent Resources" What makes you a strong candidate +5 years experience in Performance marketing. Position Overview We are looking for a Paid Social Channel Specialist to lead the execution and performance of direct-response ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This role combines media buying, creative testing, attribution setup, and short‑form ad copywriting. You will be responsible for improving ROAS, increasing booked jobs, and scaling high‑performing offers. Key Responsibilities Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Write and test short‑form ad copy (e.g., headlines, captions, CTAs). Source and test UGC‑style video content (editing not required). Manage offer and creative testing across audiences and placements. Set up and track attribution using UTMs, CAPI, and CallRail. Monitor and report weekly on performance KPIs: ROAS, MER, CPL, booked jobs. Collaborate with internal teams on budgets, pacing, and campaign strategies. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in paid social media buying and performance marketing. Strong ad copywriting skills, with a focus on direct‑response messaging. Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and YouTube/Google Ads. Proficient in attribution setup and post‑click tracking (GA4, Looker Studio, UTMs). Able to source and manage UGC assets for testing and iteration. English fluency appropriate for reporting and campaign execution. Nice‑to‑Haves Experience in home services, lead‑gen, or appointment‑based B2C verticals. Familiarity with HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar CRMs. Working knowledge of creative tools or video editing (not required).
