Trinetix is looking for a Senior IT Recruiter  to join our Recruitment team. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will interact with a high volume of talent, build lasting relationships, and provide the very best candidate experience.  Requirements   4+ years of experience as a Senior IT Recruiter or in a similar role  Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes  Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment  Experience with Telco domain  High ownership, accountability, and decision-making capability  Excellent attention to detail when managing candidates, documentation, and ATS data  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills  Working experience with international markets / clients  Native Spanish and Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken)  Confident user of Microsoft Office tools and ATS systems  Experience in employer branding initiatives or recruitment marketing  Nice-to-Haves  Experience working with AI-assisted recruitment tools  Core Responsibilities  Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior IT roles  Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and priorities  Proactively source and engage top IT talent across multiple channels  Maintain accurate ATS records and provide clear feedback to stakeholders  Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional, timely communication  Act as a brand ambassador and support employer branding initiatives, including recruitment marketing and candidate-facing content  Provide market insights to improve talent attraction and employer positioning  What we offer    Continuous learning and career growth opportunities  Professional training and English/Spanish language classes    Comprehensive medical insurance  Mental health support  Specialized benefits program with compensation for fitness activities, hobbies, pet care, and more  Flexible working hours  Inclusive and supportive culture
