This role sits within the Deal Management Center of Excellence (CoE) in the MBA function, working closely with the onshore Deals team to provide end‑to‑end bid management support. Overview This position supports the Pursuit Strategist/Leader across all stages of the Bid Management Process—pre‑RFP, RFP response, and post‑RFP. Responsibilities include project management, research, analysis, and delivery of high‑quality client assets throughout the dynamics of the deal cycle. Your Key Responsibilities Gather information through secondary research (internal and external sources) and produce deliverables such as company profiles, competitor insights, trend analyses, and other assets to support pre‑proposal and proposal development. Develop and drive the project management plan across the deal cycle, acting as point of contact for end‑to‑end process management, including meeting coordination, note preparation, timeline finalisation, and accountability tracking. Prepare kick‑off documents, CV collations for the team book, oral preparation, and credentials packs, and assist in drafting proposal sections based on deal requirements. Collaborate with the wider team to develop client collaterals such as storyboards, placemats, proposals, and internal presentations. Maintain clear communication and strong stakeholder relationships by demonstrating professional etiquette and adhering to agreed timelines and quality benchmarks. Manage a repository of regional, market segment, or service line client‑facing collateral, client presentations, RFQ responses, and marketing materials. Showcase innovative thinking and flexibility while managing complex and out‑of‑scope requests. Own and maintain a comprehensive repository of client presentations, RFQ responses, and marketing collateral. Analytical / Decision‑Making Responsibilities Critical thinking, strong organisational skills, and a detail‑oriented approach with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Supervision Responsibilities Lead a region, manage stakeholder relationships and governance. Serve as a counsellor for Pursuit Coordinators (Senior Associate and Associate ranks). Perform quality reviews of deliverables. Skills and Attributes for Success Prior experience in deals, pre‑sales, bid management, and project management. Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Strong business acumen with understanding of business development and project coordination. Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and internet‑based research. Experience with SharePoint is desirable. Ability to build collaborative relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have Education : University/bachelor’s degree required. Experience : 5–10 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years working with large global organisations, preferably in a professional services firm. Additional Requirements : Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, excellent written and oral communication skills in English, and current EY training and curriculum (e.g., Account Management Framework, Badges). APMP and/or PMP certification would be an added advantage. Ideally, You’ll Also Have Availability for long/flexible hours due to client time‑zone demands. Moderate travel to attend leadership meetings and training sessions. Technologies and Tools Excellent MS Office skills, specifically PowerPoint, are required.
