Funciones Diseño y arquitectura del sistema: Liderar el diseño de la arquitectura del back end, asegurando que sea escalable, eficiente y segura. Desarrollo de características complejas: Implementar funcionalidades complejas del lado del servidor, asegurando un alto nivel de calidad y rendimiento. Optimización de rendimiento: Identificar y resolver cuellos de botella de rendimiento, optimizando consultas de bases de datos, algoritmos y procesos para mejorar la eficiencia del sistema. Seguridad y cumplimiento: Implementar medidas de seguridad robustas y cumplir con los estándares de seguridad y regulaciones aplicables. Mentoría y liderazgo técnico: Orientar y mentorar a otros miembros del equipo de desarrollo, compartiendo conocimientos y mejores prácticas, y promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y de aprendizaje continuo. Skill y Experiencia requerida Experiencia liderando equipos de desarrollo (excluyente). Experiencia en JAVA (excluyente). Cursos de desarrollo back end: Cursos que cubren lenguajes de programación específicos (Java, Node.js), frameworks (Play, Spring) y herramientas de desarrollo back end. Cursos especializados en desarrollo back end. Participar en cursos avanzados que cubran temas como diseño de arquitectura, optimización de rendimiento, gestión de sesiones y autorización, y desarrollo de APIs RESTful. Cursos de bases de datos: Formación en diseño y gestión de bases de datos, optimización de consultas y administración de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales (MySQL, SQLServer). Cursos de seguridad web: Formación en seguridad web, incluyendo temas como la protección contra ataques comunes (SQL injection, XSS) y la implementación de prácticas seguras de desarrollo. Adaptabilidad Gestión del tiempo Trabajo en equipo Beneficios Feriados del país de residencia. 15 días hábiles de vacaciones al año. Presencialidad: Nos gusta vernos al menos 2 veces a la semana en nuestras oficinas (depende del país). Licencia por paternidad extendida. Espacios de juego.
