Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Frontend Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of cutting‑edge frontend solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend technologies, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of software development best practices. Key Responsibilities Lead integration efforts, end‑to‑end (E2E) testing, and visual regression testing. Leverage AWS services such as AppSync, Lambda, CloudFront, and S3, while ensuring robust unit testing practices. Oversee continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Promote DevOps practices for efficient and automated software development processes. Champion the use of design patterns and enforce a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code. Ensure adherence to best practices in software development with a focus on delivering high‑quality code. Utilize over six years of solid experience in developing web applications using React and TypeScript, building scalable and performant frontend solutions that enhance user experience. Provide in‑depth knowledge of software development best practices and the design of scalable architectures; implement high‑quality, high‑performance solutions. Exhibit outstanding communication skills, fostering collaboration within the team and across departments; guide the team in agile methodologies and collaborative development approaches. Manage version control tools, build systems, and continuous deployment processes effectively and ensure strong operational quality management within the team. Qualifications Preferred bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of five years of experience in frontend development, including leadership experience. Strong expertise in JavaScript, React, and TypeScript. Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality solutions.
