This role is focused on administrative and operational support within the travel planning process, ensuring accuracy, organization, and professional client service. Responsibilities Support the coordination of travel reservations including hotels, cruises, and vacation packages Collect, review, and organize client travel information Assist with booking workflows and related documentation Communicate with clients regarding travel details and logistics Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Qualifications Strong written communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment High level of organization and attention to detail Basic computer and internet proficiency Previous experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is a plus but not required What We Offer Fully remote working arrangement Flexible schedule Training and ongoing operational support Opportunity to gain experience with an international travel agency Descripción del puesto Agencia de viajes internacional y establecida se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Travel Planning Coordinator para brindar soporte en la planificación y coordinación de viajes para clientes. El rol está orientado al apoyo administrativo y operativo dentro del proceso de planificación de viajes, garantizando precisión, organización y un servicio profesional al cliente. Responsabilidades Brindar soporte en la coordinación de reservas de viajes, incluyendo hoteles, cruceros y paquetes vacacionales Recopilar, revisar y organizar información de viaje de los clientes Asistir en los procesos de reserva y documentación correspondiente Mantener comunicación con los clientes sobre detalles y logística del viaje Asegurar el mantenimiento de registros precisos y actualizados Requisitos Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita Capacidad para trabajar de forma remota y autónoma Alto nivel de organización y atención al detalle Manejo básico de herramientas informáticas e internet Experiencia previa en turismo u hospitalidad será valorada, pero no es excluyente Ofrecemos Modalidad de trabajo 100% remota Horario flexible Capacitación y soporte continuo Experiencia profesional en una agencia de viajes internacional #J-18808-Ljbffr
