En Ketos estamos buscando un Desarrollador/a Backend Senior con dominio avanzado en Python y una mentalidad orientada a la arquitectura y la calidad. Serás una pieza clave en el desarrollo de soluciones basadas en el Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural (NLP) y en el diseño de sistemas capaces de manejar grandes volúmenes de datos. Modalidad y Condiciones Contratación: Relación de Dependencia. Ubicación: Remoto : Para candidatos que residan fuera del Área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires (AMBA). Presencial/Híbrido : Para candidatos que residan dentro del AMBA. Responsabilidades Clave Desarrollo NLP: Desarrollar soluciones tecnológicas avanzadas basadas en Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural (NLP), colaborando estrechamente con el Technical Lead y otras áreas de la empresa. Asesoramiento Técnico: Asesorar al Project Leader y al equipo en todos los aspectos técnicos críticos, incluyendo la usabilidad, factibilidad, performance, robustez y escalabilidad de los requerimientos de software. Arquitectura de Sistemas: Diseñar e implementar sistemas escalables para el manejo y procesamiento de grandes volúmenes de datos. Gestión de Recursos: Identificar, evaluar y gestionar los recursos técnicos (herramientas, frameworks, infraestructura) necesarios para el cumplimiento de los objetivos. Liderazgo de Calidad: Participar en la definición y seguimiento de estándares de calidad de software y guiar al equipo en su aplicación. ⚙️ Requisitos Mandatorios Python Avanzado: Experiencia profunda y comprobable en el desarrollo de aplicaciones Backend con Python. Escalabilidad y Datos: Experiencia en el diseño de sistemas escalables y de alto rendimiento, optimizados para el procesamiento de grandes volúmenes de datos. Arquitectura de Software: Competencia técnica en el diseño de sistemas y arquitectura de software. Domain Driven Design (DDD): Experiencia previa en la aplicación de principios de Domain Driven Design. Principios de Calidad: Dominio y aplicación rigurosa de principios de Clean Code, Lean y SOLID (Single Responsibility, Open/Closed, Liskov Substitution, Interface Segregation, Dependency Inversion). Experiencia práctica en metodologías ágiles de desarrollo de software (Scrum, Kanban). Deseables (Valor Agregado) Node.js: Conocimiento y/o experiencia previa en desarrollo con Node.js.
