Technical Program Manager

Accountabilities Support the planning and execution of the quarterly product roadmap for finance and accounting tools under the guidance of the Group Product Manager Translate business objectives into well-defined epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility Collaborate closely with Engineering, Finance, Accounting, and Customer-facing teams to build, launch, and iterate on internal products Track progress against quarterly OKRs and product launch milestones, ensuring timely delivery Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes, tooling, and reporting capabilities Requirements At least 2 years of experience in product management or a closely related role Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with tools such as Jira and Confluence Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in cross-functional environments Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Exposure to accounting concepts such as general ledger, revenue recognition, or financial reporting is a strong plus Experience with e-commerce accounting or billing systems such as NetSuite is a bonus Benefits Fully remote position with flexibility across Latin America Opportunity to grow within a structured product organization alongside experienced leaders Hands-on exposure to finance, accounting, and data-driven product development Collaborative, cross-functional work environment with strong learning opportunities Competitive compensation aligned with market standards Why Apply Through Jobgether?
