Job Description We are seeking a visionary Head of Brand & Creative Strategy with a mandate for strategic, creative, and commercial leadership. This role is central to guiding the AstroPay brand in its mission to become the coolest, most accessible, and culturally resonant option in the global fintech ecosystem. This position requires a unique blend of high-level strategic thinking, commercial sensitivity, and applied creativity to build sustainable growth and culturally relevant brand ecosystems. The core objective is to identify, design, and amplify commercial and cultural opportunities that generate real value for AstroPay, positioning the App as the market leader that connects culture, partner brands, and global audiences. Job Requirements 7+ years of experience leading and evolving brands in fintech, consumer tech, or similar fast-paced environments. Exceptional project management and organizational leadership skills, with a proven track record of orchestrating complex projects involving diverse teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage resources effectively, prioritize strategically, and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines. Deep expertise in creative storytelling, motion design, and multi-format content development. Strong experience in GTM (Go-to-Market) execution, closely collaborating with product marketing and growth teams. Proven ability to implement processes and workflows that drive creative excellence, efficiency, and scalability. Proficiency in design and collaboration tools: Figma, Adobe Suite, Runway, Midjourney, Notion AI, ChatGPT, etc. Job Responsibilities Strategic Project & Team Leadership Lead the end-to-end management of brand and design projects, setting clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics. Coordinate cross-functional efforts across product marketing, social media, performance marketing, and growth teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of all creative initiatives. Proactively manage resources, prioritize projects based on business impact, and drive accountability across your team and broader stakeholders. Brand Storytelling & Positioning Craft and evolve AstroPay's brand identity, ensuring consistency and differentiation through strategic alignment and effective execution. Develop long-term narrative platforms that translate into impactful campaigns, aligning creative efforts with measurable business outcomes. Creative Operations & Process Excellence Develop and implement best-in-class processes and systems to scale creative output, streamline operations, and increase efficiency, incorporating an AI-first approach where automation enhances productivity and creativity. Establish clear workflows, communication structures, and project management practices that maximize the creative team's effectiveness and agility. Strategic Partnerships & B2B/Event Campaigns Lead the creative strategy and execution for high-profile B2B and event activations (e.g., Money20/20, major industry conferences), ensuring the AstroPay brand stands out as innovative and dominant. Direct the creative strategy for all co-created campaigns with strategic partner brands, ensuring these alliances reinforce AstroPay's market position and unlock new commercial opportunities. Drive the high-level strategy for influencer and creator collaborations, establishing guidelines and creative briefs that build trust, drive adoption, and amplify brand coolness. Motion, Content & Social Media Strategy Direct motion design and content creation strategically, aligning creative concepts with business goals and growth KPIs.
