Role : Senior Frontend Developer Priority Location : Latin America Working Hours : Monday to Friday, Flexible hours with overlap between 9AM-5PM US Eastern Time Type of job: Fully Remote Start Date: ASAP Salary Range : Up to $4,800 per month depending on seniority and experience The final offer is at the client’s discretion based on skills, interview performance, and technical expertise. About the Company: A growing B2B SaaS platform serving the automotive repair industry, currently scaling its product and engineering team in line with revenue growth. The focus is on delivering features reliably while reducing operational load on founders. The backend has been rebuilt with an API-first architecture, designs are clearly defined, and the team is positioned to accelerate front-end execution. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to play a key leadership role in scaling and maintaining our React-based platform. This position demands a high degree of ownership and will operate with minimal micromanagement. You will be responsible for setting the technical quality bar, establishing front-end best practices, and collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver a refined and high-quality user experience.   Key Responsibilities : Build and maintain front-end features using React Integrate the UI with well-documented, API-first backend services Implement user flows from detailed design prototypes Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code Own and contribute to automated front-end testing Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other front-end developers Proactively identify edge cases, risks, and product improvements   Role Requirements: 4-7+ years of dedicated, senior-level experience building and deploying React applications in production environments, ideally within a SaaS context. Exceptional command of modern JavaScript and React framework principles. Comfort and proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup settings. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to connect complex technical dots without requiring explicit, step-by-step instructions. Hands-on experience writing automated tests for front-end applications. Excellent communication skills, essential for success in a remote, collaborative team structure. Practical experience working with API-driven application architectures. Nice to Have: Experience in the B2B SaaS sector. Familiarity with AWS cloud environments. Prior experience collaborating with distributed or offshore teams. Success Metrics: Feature Delivery: Track cycle time (assignment to production) and minimize post-deployment bugs/reversions. Code Quality: Ensure maintainable code via strong review feedback, standards adherence, and unit/integration test coverage. Team/Product Impact: Boost team velocity through technical mentorship, proactive technical debt resolution, and improved UI performance (e.g., page load/responsiveness).
