This includes owning the strategic framework for all client‑facing assets—specifically Case Studies, Guides, Testimonials, and Webinars—and being fully accountable for their execution and distribution. A major component of this role is the ownership of the LinkedIn Paid Strategy, which serves as the primary acquisition channel, requiring the continuous development of segmentation, creative testing, and rigorous performance optimization. This is a demanding, hands‑on operator role that requires significant autonomy and technical fluency. The successful candidate must possess a minimum of five years of B2B service marketing experience, complemented by the ability to personally execute technical updates: making direct edits to key conversion pages in Webflow, assembling simple creative variants in Figma, and maintaining disciplined reporting within HubSpot and Google Analytics. They are expected to bridge the gap between high‑level strategy and granular execution, managing internal and external creative resources while ensuring a fast, streamlined approval process to maintain high shipping velocity and alignment with Nectar’s strategic growth goals. Key Responsibilities Establish Repeatable Production: Build and run a standardized pipeline for all proof and authority assets: Case Studies, Guides, Testimonials, and Webinars. Asset Creation & Execution: Drive production end‑to‑end, including writing copy drafts and assembling content when needed (self‑production) to maintain high velocity. Gap Analysis & Messaging: Identify critical content library and ad portfolio gaps (e.g., missing case studies for priority offers). Translate business objectives into clear, compelling messaging frameworks. Client Engagement: Conduct professional client testimonial interviews to capture valuable proof points. Primary Acquisition Ownership: Own the strategy, launch, and optimization of LinkedIn paid campaigns to grow awareness and qualified demand. Rigorous Experimentation: Develop detailed audience segmentation and creative angle libraries. Test continuously and maintain a disciplined experiment log for weekly iterations. Conversion Flow: Implement targeted retargeting and align lead capture paths with landing pages and HubSpot workflows. Direct Webflow Ownership: Own key pages (Services, Case Studies, Guides, Landing Pages) and execute small edits directly in Webflow to ensure high velocity. Design Collaboration: Utilize basic Figma proficiency to edit and assemble simple layouts and rapidly create creative variants for testing. External Coordination: Coordinate larger Webflow builds and development projects with the external dev agency.
