About the role Perform routine maintenance and express services on various Mercedes‑Benz vehicles Ensure high‑quality workmanship and adherence to manufacturer specifications Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow health and safety regulations Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction Stay up to date on the latest automotive technologies and techniques to enhance skills and service quality We Are Looking For Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a dealership environment Ideally, candidates with experience working on luxury vehicles Proficiency in performing mechanical repairs Experience with accurately completing job cards Ability to carry out quality inspections when required A strong team player who thrives in a highly professional dealership environment A valid driver’s license and a passion for the automotive industry What We Offer Competitive salary negotiated based on experience, PLUS 6‑month guarantee commissions Continuous training and development investment in your career Extensive training both internally and with the manufacturer Access to Patterson Cheney group dealership discounts Job security with a strong and growing, independent family‑owned business Employee Assistance Program Above all, lots of support, opportunity, and fun How do I apply?
