What Role Will You Play In Our Team Responsible for planning and executing end-to-end supply logistics via various methods of transportation and managing inventories to agreed targets, while maintaining reliability. What You Will Do Coordinate with traders, optimizers, refineries to forecast and plan supply schedules in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Use commercial judgment and problem solving skills to solve operational problems Develop and execute schedules for movement of product via pipeline, marine, rail, and/or truck based on projected production and customer demand Nominate requirements to pipeline, marine, rail, or truck carriers; interact with third parties daily to execute product movements Manage inventory to agreed targets, while maintaining reliability to refinery, marketing and third‑party customers Partner with trading and optimization to identify and capture market opportunities Support development and implementation of cost‑effective solutions to planned and unplanned supply disruptions Develop deep understanding of optimization, logistics, market conditions, operational costs, and contract terms Ensure adherence to credit guidelines, regulatory and quality compliance, and transportation policies Serve as key interface between accounting and the business line ensuring third parties are paid accurately and timely About You Experience in any of the following is strongly recommended: Scheduling or coordinating bulk liquids or gas movements Bachelor's degree in: Engineering, Business Administration or Related Fields Refining, pipeline or chemicals operations experience Experience in SAP, Analysis for Office, and/or Tableau is a plus Able and willing to respond to after‑hours calls Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and concern for accuracy Customer focused and have ability to build relationships Flexible/adaptable, collaborative and work well in teams Benefits An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
