We are looking for a skilled B2B Growth Marketing Manager – Paid Media & HubSpot. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment where ideas and efforts are valued. You will contribute to challenging projects, developing high‑quality applications and driving qualified leads for our nearshore staffing solutions. About the Role Growth‑focused B2B marketer with strong foundation in paid media and marketing automation. Own the engine that connects innovative U.S. companies with world‑class engineering talent in Latin America; well‑versed in Google Campaign Manager, Ads, and HubSpot. Use data to craft high‑performing B2B campaigns; understand selling a partnership vs. a product. Organized, detail‑oriented, “White Belt Mentality,” and a human‑first, engaging personality. Key Responsibilities B2B media planning & strategy: develop comprehensive media plans targeting decision‑makers at startups and enterprise companies. HubSpot ownership: serve as internal subject matter expert, building workflows, lead‑scoring models and attribution reports. Market research and trend spotting: identify where technical leaders consume content and emerging B2B marketing trends. Sales enablement: advise New Business and Account teams on budget and strategy. Campaign execution & management: oversee paid media campaigns across Ads, Google Ads, and ABM. Vendor management: ensure day‑to‑day execution aligns with strategic vision. Full‑funnel analytics: track KPIs beyond clicks – MQLs, SQLs, Cost Per Discovery Call, Pipeline Velocity. Optimization: refine audience segments and improve lead quality. Budget & ROI management: pace media budgets, forecast, maintain pacing, and identify cost savings. Skills & Qualifications 4+ years in B2B performance marketing or media buying; experience with Staffing, Recruiting, or SaaS is a plus. HubSpot proficiency – deep experience with Marketing Hub, CRM integration, and certifications highly preferred. Paid media expertise – Campaign Manager, Google Ads. Analytical mindset – proficiency with Google Analytics 4, HubSpot Reports, Insights Tag. Strong communication – translate data to non‑marketing stakeholders.
