Our client is retention marketing agency specializing in helping direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce brands maximize customer lifetime value through data-driven retention strategies. We are seeking a highly organized and analytically-minded Project Manager to join our team and oversee retention marketing campaigns across 5+ D2C e-commerce clients simultaneously. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a data-driven approach to project management, and the ability to extract actionable insights from e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced agency environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail across multiple client accounts. Responsibilities: Multi-Client Project Management Manage retention marketing projects across 5+ D2C e-commerce brands simultaneously Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and client communications across multiple accounts Ensure all client projects stay on track, on budget, and meet established KPIs Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients for project-related matters Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between strategy, creative, and execution teams Data Analysis & Client Reporting Extract and analyze performance data from Shopify for each client to measure retention campaign Create comprehensive client reports showing campaign performance, customer behavior insights, and ROI metrics Manipulate and synthesize data from multiple sources to provide high-level strategic analysis Identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations based on data analysis Present findings and recommendations to clients in clear, actionable formats Campaign Coordination & Execution Oversee the execution of email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo and other ESP platforms Coordinate customer segmentation strategies and personalization initiatives Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of all retention marketing activities Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify areas for optimization Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all client touchpoints Documentation & Process Management Maintain detailed project documentation and client records using Notion Create and update standard operating procedures for client onboarding and campaign management Use Asana and Base Camp to organize tasks, deadlines, and team collaboration across all client accounts Develop and maintain project templates and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency Document best practices and learnings to improve agency operations Requirements Technical Skills Shopify expertise: Proven ability to navigate Shopify admin, extract data, create reports, and Data manipulation: Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large datasets and create meaningful insights Project management platforms: Hands-on experience with both Asana and Base Camp for managing multiple concurrent projects Documentation tools: Proficiency with Notion for creating organized, accessible project documentation Email marketing platforms: Experience with Klaviyo preferred; familiarity with other ESP platforms valuable Professional Experience 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital marketing or e-commerce Background in data analysis with demonstrated ability to extract insights from performance metrics Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously in an agency or similar Proven track record of working with D2C e-commerce brands and understanding their unique dynamics Experience with retention marketing, email marketing, or customer lifecycle management preferred Competitive Salary in USD Remote Working for US Company Exposure to new technology & trend Global Exposure Flexible Working Hours Experience being part of a global team from different continents #J-18808-Ljbffr
