Role Overview Develop and maintain detailed project plans, set deadlines, assign tasks, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Manage project scope, budget, and resources, ensuring optimal utilization of time and resources. Identify and mitigate potential risks to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables. Coordinate with different vendors, internal teams (marketing, content, compliance, etc.), and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with company objectives. Identify resource needs, manage project teams, and allocate tasks efficiently to ensure optimal productivity. Anticipate potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders/executives, outlining key milestones, challenges, and progress. Continuously evaluate project workflows and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and outcomes, including process reengineering and compliance improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Click Up, Jira, or similar) for task scheduling, tracking, resource allocation, and reporting. Knowledge of process engineering or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, or similar). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on improving efficiency and outcomes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical details to non‑technical stakeholders effectively. Familiarity with IT systems and technical workflows, and ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams and stakeholders. Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring even the smallest details are not overlooked. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in teams and build positive relationships across departments. Note: This role requires availability during Pacific Time Zone (Los Angeles) business hours. Bonus Points if you have PMP or other project management certifications. Familiarity with automation tools and techniques to enhance project workflows. Experience in designing and implementing scalable processes for growing organizations.
