Technical Delivery Manager (100% Remote) Apply to join Influx as a Technical Delivery Manager and lead our growing Tech Support vertical. This hybrid role blends commercial ownership, client leadership, and operational management. Influx is growing our dedicated Tech Support vertical and is looking for a hands‑on Delivery Manager to lead it. You’ll work with Sales on converting technical leads, define in and out of scope for tech services, create playbooks that make delivery repeatable, and grow the team as the vertical scales. It’s a high‑ownership role, well‑suited to someone who balances commercial discipline with operational excellence and can grow into broader leadership as the vertical matures. Commercial: Support Sales in discovery meetings, serve as SME, and define pricing, margin, and scope guardrails. Productisation: Publish and operationalise the Tech Support service catalogue; create playbooks for Sales, Onboarding, HR, and Delivery. Delivery Build: Establish processes for onboarding, QA, and escalation tailored to tech clients. Client Leadership: Act as a senior partner to tech clients, ensuring success and identifying expansion opportunities. Team Formation: Grow the service delivery team to meet vertical workforce needs. What We’re Looking For Commercial Ownership: 5+ years of experience managing pricing, margins, or revenue growth. Able to balance client satisfaction with business sustainability. Product Mindset: Ability to package services into clear offerings with a defined scope. Experience creating playbooks or repeatable processes. Technical Fluency: Comfortable in technical support environments. Familiarity with tiered support models (Tier 1–2, escalation paths, tooling like CRMs, Jira, SQL, or diagnostic tools). Operational Leadership: Track record of improving delivery processes, managing escalations, and driving quality outcomes. People Leadership: 5+ years of experience hiring, leading, and developing managers or team leads in a service environment. Client Presence: Confident working with senior stakeholders; skilled in de‑escalating situations and building trusted relationships. Backgrounds That Could Fit ⭐ BPO / Service Delivery leaders with strong operations/people skills who can show commercial ownership. Client‑facing leaders from SaaS, IT services, or consulting who bring P&L responsibility and technical fluency.
