The primary function of the position is to ensure the accurate and timely payment of suppliers and processing of invoices.* Responsible for processing of invoices aligned with predetermined KPIs* Respond to supplier and internal inquiries in a timely manner* Proactive communication and interaction with other departments to resolve issues impacting the AP function.* Support specific countries as assigned with third level escalations* Assist with audits as required* Process Rush invoices as needed* Strong knowledge of payables and purchasing procedures and best practices.* Find new ways to improve efficiency of business processes. Makes recommendations and participates in the decision-making process regarding process improvement.* Participate in the promotion of Air Liquide’s safety objectives. Knows and follows all Air Liquide procedures.* Research and resolution of invoices on hold.
