Responsabilidades Mantener contacto fluido con el equipo técnico de la red de distribución, asegurando la excelencia en la calidad del servicio ofrecido a los clientes finales. Brindar soporte técnico a distancia e in-situ, proveyendo de soluciones eficaces y rápidas. Gestionar y dar seguimiento a las consultas técnicas que surgen de la red de técnicos a lo largo del país. Diagramar, organizar y ejecutar entrenamientos técnicos en centro de aprendizaje de la compañía. Asegurar la certificación de los técnicos, en la utilización, servicio y soporte de los productos en cuestión. Fomentar la interacción fluida entre las diferentes áreas de la organización.
