Product Manager – Modus Create Level: Senior As part of the Modus Create product management team, you will drive real outcomes for our clients. In this consulting role you will align product goals and visions, understand problems and markets, ideate on solutions, find product‑market fit, and grow usage and retention. You will regularly interact with the client’s product team and focus on understanding product processes to identify any gaps or improvements before making configuration changes. Key Responsibilities Assess needs surrounding Aha: Capture the client’s product management and strategy approach, determine how best to adapt or configure Aha, and evaluate integration possibilities with external apps (e.g., Jira, Salesforce). Present meaningful reports and roadmaps to executives and key stakeholders. Customize Aha: Organize epics and features, set releases, customize roadmaps and reports, and navigate integrations to ensure live roadmaps accurately reflect work in progress. Configure the idea portal and other relevant components. Apply real‑world product management: Prioritize backlogs, conduct grooming, drive business goals, and lead by example on short‑term strategy projects. Qualifications 2‑5 years of experience performing the above duties. Proficiency with Aha, with or without certification (certification considered a bonus). Consulting experience is a plus. Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with executives and stakeholders. Self‑driven, quick learner, and ready to share knowledge with the community. Ability to overlap with EST hours and reliable high‑speed internet. Things You Might Do Give back to the community via open‑source contributions and blog posts. Interact directly with internal and external clients to represent Modus and its values.
