Paid Media Specialist – Meta & Google | Remote | LATAM Overview: A hands-on Paid Media Specialist who thrives on testing, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to drive measurable growth. You will own strategy and execution end to end — from building high-performing structures to managing six-figure budgets — while collaborating with creative, CRO, and analytics teams to push results further each week. If you’re analytical and creative, focused on improving ROAS, and excited by the pace of high-growth eCommerce, this is your opportunity to make an immediate impact. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. Test new strategies, analyze performance data, and implement optimizations to improve ROAS. Own campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and budget management; manage six-figure monthly budgets where applicable. Collaborate with creative, CRO, and analytics teams to drive growth and reporting. Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders. Qualifications Strong expertise in Meta and Google Ads campaign management, optimization, and reporting. Data-driven mindset with ability to test, measure, and scale campaigns. Experience in performance marketing for eCommerce or similar fast-paced environments. Ability to work independently in a remote LATAM setting and collaborate across teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
