In this role, you'll lead initiatives to enhance database performance and develop robust backend systems capable of handling high data volumes, particularly for revenue-driving features. WHAT YOU WILL DO Data Optimization and Database Performance: Lead the design and optimization of databases to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency, with a strong focus on query optimization, indexing strategies, and data architecture best practices; Back-End Data Processing: Build and maintain efficient, scalable back-end systems to handle high data volumes, prioritizing the optimization of revenue-driving features; Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and scalability; OOP and Clean Code: Write clean, modular code following Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, with proficiency in Python; Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable, effective software solutions; Event-Driven Processes: Design and implement event-driven processes to improve data flow, responsiveness, and scalability across systems. MUST HAVES 4+ years of experience with Python ; Hands-on experience building tools using Streamlit for Snowflake ; Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with Snowflake ; Experience with dbt (data build tool) for data transformation and modeling; Upper-Intermediate English Level. NICE TO HAVES Background in data analytics; Exposure to or hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks or integrations.
