Technical Sourcer

We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join LatamCent and help us identify top engineering talent across Latin America for our U.S. SaaS clients. You’ll partner closely with our Talent Partners and Recruitment Operations team to build pipelines of Full-Stack Developers, AI/ML Engineers, Blockchain Developers, and other specialized technical roles. Responsibilities Source top engineering candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other channels. Build and maintain clean, well-documented pipelines in our ATS. Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies. Engage candidates with personalized outreach and pre-qualify them for technical and English fluency. Track sourcing metrics and continuously improve search techniques. Stay up-to-date on tech trends and where the best talent is located in LatAm. Requirements 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (preferably focused on tech roles). Strong knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. Excellent written and spoken English (C2 level required). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles at once. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience sourcing for U.S. or international SaaS companies. Familiarity with GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical sourcing platforms.
