Role Description Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Spanish to English Interpreter specializing in Over-the-Phone (OPI) and Video Remote Interpreting (VRI). The interpreter will facilitate effective communication between Spanish and English-speaking parties in various settings, including medical, legal, and business contexts. Responsibilities include interpreting conversations in real-time, maintaining cultural sensitivity, and delivering accurate and professional language services. The interpreter is also expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to industry standards. Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual/ Native/ professional) At least +6 months of interpreting experience or interpreting training certificate. Familiarity with legal and medical terminology is advantageous. High school diploma in the Spanish language. Excellent communication, listening, note‑taking, and memory retention skills. Strong ethical standards and client confidentiality awareness Technical Requirements Computer or laptop should be Windows 10 or newer, with minimum 6th Gen processor or AMD equivalent. The working machine should have a 8 GB RAM minimum. WEBCAM: Minimum 1080p resolution. Must be built-in or external webcam connected through USB. (Cellphone cameras used as webcams are not allowed). We require an excellent ethernet connection (Wired Ethernet cable to router/modem) (Wi-Fi and Satellite Internet connection are not allowed such as Starlink, wireless hotspots, 5G modems or dish antennas). Internet speed of 4Mbps Download/Upload. Noise‑canceling, USB or USB‑C wired headset with built‑in microphone (no wireless or Bluetooth headsets permitted).
