Receptionist Buenos Aires, Argentina About The Role As a CBRE receptionist, you will perform customer service tasks for internal and external clients at a corporate client's office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, organizing meeting rooms, and other related tasks. Main Tasks Greeting and greeting internal and external clients. Meeting room coordination. Central call routing. Coordinating correspondence and/or packages. Gathering basic information regarding maintenance, event rooms, etc. Issuing access control cards. Other tasks may be added. Requirements Relevant secondary or tertiary education. At least one year of experience in reception or customer service. Bilingual English/Spanish. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
