You’ll act as the vital link between the warehouse, sales/customer service team, and operations — ensuring that communication and processes run smoothly across all sides of the business. What you’ll do Order coordination & communication Liaise between the warehouse and sales teams to manage order changes, urgent dispatches, and amendments. Communicate directly with customers via email or phone regarding address issues, returns, or order corrections. Keep both sales and operations updated on order progress and logistics issues. Returns & exchanges Receive and process customer returns that arrive via mail. Handle refunds, restocks, and exchanges in both Shopify and the inventory management system . Maintain clear records and follow company procedures for each return type. Stock & warehouse support Ensure incoming stock is correctly received by matching supplier invoices to our inventory system. Identify and resolve discrepancies in product data or quantities. Print and apply labels for products missing barcodes. Prepare pickup orders for customers, ensuring they are complete and ready for collection upon arrival. Systems & processes Work efficiently across Shopify , inventory systems , and internal tools to maintain order accuracy. Assist with administrative updates in ERP/CRM systems to keep customer and product data consistent. Support operations in identifying process improvements and ensuring smooth daily flow between teams. Must-have experience Minimum 1 year in operations, admin, logistics, or e-commerce support (essential) Hands‑on experience with Shopify or other e-commerce/inventory systems (essential) Strong communication and coordination skills — comfortable dealing with warehouse and customer‑facing teams Confident using ERP or CRM systems and able to keep accurate records Detail‑oriented, organised, and proactive in solving operational issues Prior exposure to returns management or stock control is highly regarded Personal traits we value Strong communicator — keeps everyone aligned across departments Organised multitasker — juggles warehouse, sales, and admin tasks smoothly Detail‑driven — ensures orders, stock, and data are correct the first time Problem solver — spots and resolves issues early, escalating where needed Calm under pressure — handles urgent orders and fast‑moving priorities with ease Team player — builds strong relationships across teams and supports others Tech comfortable — confident with Shopify, inventory systems, and Google Workspace Hours, Pay & Location Salary: $53,000–$65,000 + super (depending on experience) Start: ASAP (we’ll work with your notice period) How to Apply Submit your application through SEEK with a cover letter describing your experience , and don’t forget to include a joke .
