ZS is looking for a Decision Analytics Associate Consultant in the ZS Supply Chain and Manufacturing practice with experience in pharmaceutical drug development and tech transfer. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver projects in the pharmaceutical CMC development area for ZS Supply Chain and Manufacturing clients. This includes serving as a subject matter expert on drug substance and drug product manufacturing in client discussions, managing teams and projects, and contributing to Supply Chain and Manufacturing practice development. Manage teams and projects and contribute to Supply Chain and Manufacturing practice development. Present to senior leaders and executives with a CMC background. Lead multiple workstreams and demonstrate effective time and project management skills. Qualifications Over 4 years of experience working in a pharmaceutical CMC organization. Hands-on experience with at least one CMC development function such as Process Chemistry, Process Engineering, Formulation, or Analytical Chemistry. Knowledge of unit operations, processes, quality by design (QbD), tech transfer, process validation, quality attributes, and regulatory milestones across pharma development. Understanding of data and information systems such as ELN, LIMS, ERP, and LCM or PLM systems. Understanding of CMC regulatory submission requirements. Ability to translate knowledge across modalities if needed. Experience presenting to senior leaders and audiences with CMC background. Preferable: Experience with at least one tech transfer. Hands-on experience with data analytics and ability to generate insights from data from various sources. Strong communication skills with ability to create client-ready material. Ability to lead multiple workstreams and demonstrate effective time and project management skills. B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Material Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology or similar degree.
