Must haves 5+ years of experience with Java Enterprise Application development experience; Monolithic application experience; Examples of independently building complex solutioning; Solid skills – independent investigating and solutioning for software feature changes; Experience developing Proof of Concepts for large enterprise applications; Solid Java experience; recent steady Java development. Able to hit the ground running; exposure to large solutions; Current experience and knowledge with Lazy loading, eager loading; working with exceptions; Solid HTML, JavaScript and CSS experience; Be familiar with SQL Server Query Analyzer; experience writing complex queries; experience building solutions with large data-driven enterprise applications (lots of tables, lots of data, lots of view, performance tuning, etc); Upper-intermediate English level. Nice to haves You have a diploma or a degree in Computer Sciences, IT, or a related field and 5+ years of work experience in a development environment; You have experience with most of the following technologies: Tomcat, Apache; HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Bootstrap; MSSQL Server; Tableau, Salesforce, Crystal Reports; RESTful API. Responsabilidades Diseñar y desarrollar agentes de IA que automaticen pasos clave en el proceso de origen de hipotecas. Construir sistemas para la comprensión de documentos complejos, la extracción de datos y la orquestación de flujos de trabajo. Desarrollar API e integraciones con prestamistas, intermediarios y plataformas de datos. Contribuir a la arquitectura de backend, los pipelines de datos y la infraestructura en la nube. Comodidad trabajando en un entorno de startup en fase inicial y poco estructurado. Bilingüe inglés. Será valorado Experiencia previa en proyectos de IA/ML, PLN o automatización. Experiencia con sistemas backend, automatización de flujos de trabajo e integraciones. Interés en tecnología financiera, bienes raíces o desarrollo de productos basados en datos.
