About the Role We are looking for a growth‑focused B2B marketer with a strong foundation in paid media and marketing automation. This position will drive qualified leads to our nearshore staffing solutions using paid strategies and sophisticated HubSpot automation. Key Responsibilities B2B Media Planning & Strategy: develop comprehensive B2B media plans targeting decision‑makers at startups and enterprise companies who need to scale their engineering teams. HubSpot Ownership: serve as the internal subject matter expert, building workflows, lead scoring models, attribution reports that connect ad spend to closed client deals. Vendor Management: manage relationships with external vendors or agencies to ensure day‑to‑day execution aligns with our strategic vision. Full‑Funnel Analytics: track B2B KPIs beyond clicks, focusing on MQLs, SQLs, cost per discovery call, and pipeline velocity. Optimization: analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and refine audience segments to improve lead quality. Budget & ROI Management: manage media budgets, pace spending across channels, forecast pacing, and ensure campaigns remain within financial targets. Sales Enablement: advise the New Business and Account teams on recommended budgets and strategies to support pipeline goals. Market Research: conduct deep analysis to determine where technical leaders consume content and how best to reach them. Innovation: stay abreast of emerging B2B trends, AI integrations in marketing, and new channels for reaching technical talent buyers. Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing or media buying, with experience in Staffing, Recruiting, or SaaS sectors a massive plus. HubSpot proficiency required: deep experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, landing pages, list segmentation) and CRM integration; certifications highly preferred. Paid media expertise: strong experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B targeting and Google Ads. Analytical mindset: proficiency in analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics 4, HubSpot Reports, LinkedIn Insights Tag). Strong communication: excellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain complex marketing data to non‑marketing stakeholders. Self‑motivated: able to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close collaboration with the team.
