We create specialized courses that teach professionals how to effectively use AI tools in real‑world development workflows, and programs for business professionals looking to leverage AI in management, automation, and everyday work processes. Our programs help engineers apply AI in their work and empower non‑technical professionals, managers, and business specialists to harness AI automation, develop digital skills, and lead organizational transformation. Who are we looking for? We are seeking experienced developers, technical experts, skilled educators, trainers, and practitioners in AI automation, soft‑skills development, and business transformation to join us as part‑time Instructors. You will lead interactive live sessions and workshops for professional developers and business audiences. What you will do: Facilitate live learning experiences: lead engaging sessions, workshops, webinars, host Q&A, facilitate kickoff & graduation. Provide personalized support: mentor students in 1‑on‑1 calls, give explanations, guide projects, support assignments, offer asynchronous chat support. Collaborate on content development: work with instructional designers to create or refine course structure, learning objectives, lesson content, assessments, design final projects, ensure accuracy, optionally appear as speaker. Ensure pedagogical quality: adapt delivery style, share feedback, maintain consistency. Requirements: Professional experience: AI Automation – 3+ years of hands‑on experience. Soft Skills/Management – 3+ years in digital‑focused roles (EdTech, L&D, Instructional Design, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Product Management). Business Transformation – 5+ years in strategy, organizational development, change management, HR, or consulting. Technical & domain expertise (role‑specific) AI Automation Instructors: experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate), AI platforms/APIs, productivity tools, RPA platforms, and AI integration principles. Business Transformation Instructors: strong understanding of organizational transformations, change & communication management, leadership dynamics, and experience in large corporations or consulting. Soft Skills/Management Instructors: experience conducting training on soft skills, leadership, and managerial competencies. Teaching & facilitation skills: proven experience conducting online training sessions, workshops, or webinars; excellent communication; facilitation of engaging virtual sessions; improvisation and independent preparation of supplementary materials. Language requirements: English proficiency B2 or higher (spoken & written). Specific roles may require conversational fluency in Spanish. Technology & AI literacy: comfortable with AI‑driven tools (LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude); knowledge of legal, ethical, and compliance considerations in AI and automation. Time commitment & availability: 10‑15 hours per week on a flexible schedule; occasional weekends; ability to work within European or Latin American time zones; interest in long‑term, project‑based cooperation. Nice‑to‑have: understanding of motivational design principles, coaching certifications (ICF, EMCC, etc.), strategy or change‑management certifications, experience with diverse, international student populations.
