Position Summary The Head of Corporate Applications will be responsible for the overall IT delivery of the IFP SAP S/4 RISE Implementation program, a global transformation initiative lasting 24–36 months. This program aims to replace or update core digital systems (SAP S/4, HFM, Blackline, Anaplan, etc.) and transform how IFP operates across business units and regions. The role aligns enterprise technology with strategic business goals, modernizes legacy systems, and ensures operational excellence across HR, Finance, Supply Chain and Procurement functions. Reports to the CIO, IFP and leads a direct staff of ERP Program Managers, Solution Architects, Functional Leads and PMO Coordinators. Role & Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Partner with executive stakeholders (CHRO, CFO, COO) to align technology with business goals. Lead global transformation programs including ERP modernization, cloud migration, and process automation. Serve as the IT owner for ERP systems, collaborating with Infrastructure teams for SAP Security, Basis, and Hosting support. Ensure IT controls are in place and all critical SOX tools are audit compliant in partnership with CISO & GRC. Own strategic vendor relationships with SAP, Workday and key AMS and integration partners. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, agents, blockchain platforms) that enable business strategic priorities. Manage cost efficiency against service, operational stability and audit & SOX risk for the core digital systems of a $3.3 Bn global business across 70 countries with 22 plants. Co‑lead the global S/4 Transformation program with the Business Program Leader and be accountable for all aspects of the IT delivery of a global S/4 transformation. Accountable for the Systems Delivery Partnership and all steps from Project Mobilization, Blueprint, localization, build, test and deployment. Program & Portfolio Management Lead governance of major programs including ERP transformation program and upgrades, and integrations across regions. Create and agree a business case for the ERP Transformation program with IFP Exec Leadership and the External JV Board (Suzano, Kimberly‑Clark) and track value realization against plan. Team & Vendor Leadership Manage strategic vendor relationships of IT service providers and system integrators of 100+ FTE contingent labor. Drive a high‑performance culture focused on innovation, agility and continuous improvement. Lead a matrix IT team of internal and external FTE in the delivery of the SAP Transformation program. Accountable for the appointment and performance of critical systems integration partners for the program. Governance & Compliance Joint accountability with the Business Program Leader for Program Governance and reporting into IFP’s Executive Leadership and the external JV Board (Suzano, Kimberly‑Clark). Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX). Technical Oversight Guide architectural decisions and platform design. Promote DevSecOps, Agile delivery, and data‑driven decision‑making. Professional Skills & Qualifications Experience in consumer goods, retail or FMCG sectors preferred. Data‑driven decision‑making. Leadership development and talent management. Demonstrated experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformations in complex multinational environments. Proven track record of leading large‑scale ERP and corporate systems transformations. Deep expertise in platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Workday, Coupa or similar. Experience managing global teams and working in a matrixed, multicultural environment. Exceptional ability to build cross‑functional relationships with senior leaders and diverse teams.
