Responsibilities Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social platforms, building and producing A‑Z with redundancy across channels. Lead execution of optimizations to improve relative to performance goals and strategy communication for clients. Autonomous external communication with clients for performance, tactical and strategic items via email, calls and Slack. Own performance reporting and strategy communication, presenting A‑Z reports with excellent presentation creation capabilities. Leverage data to tell a story and articulate results to clients and stakeholders with clear next steps. Contribute to a constructive and effective work environment in line with Power Digital core values. Actively participate in the growth and development of junior talent where applicable. Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes and utilize the Power Digital Nova ecosystem for your department. Qualifications 1–2 years of digital marketing with agency experience a plus. 1+ years of experience with direct response marketing specifically in e‑commerce; lead generation and B2B a plus. 1+ years of experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus (LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.). 1+ years experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts. 1+ years experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms a plus. 1‑year experience client facing and handling communications.
