As part of GFS, the O2I Cloud, Software and Support (CSS) team supports the processes for the administration of Cloud Subscription, Software License and Support contracts and invoices starting with the receipt of signed contracts, assuring correct reflection of customer contracts and invoicing, leading to accelerated cash for SAP. Within O2I CSS, the Global Services team is currently focused on handling deal motions designed for the volume business and is set on a path of evolution towards a customer‑segmentation‑led volume‑ready operation model that is supported by automations and improved processes. As a Finance Specialist we need you to bring all your knowledge and business criteria to support our daily operations while navigating the transformation with a simplification and scalability mindset. What you’ll do Support the organization with complex requests and questions by providing guidance and solutions. Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities for standardization and automation as you navigate day‑to‑day activities.
