IBP Manager Argentina Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina Opella is the self‑care challenger with the purest and third‑largest portfolio in OTC & VMS. Key Responsibilities Develop a 36‑month rolling demand forecast with primary focus on months 4‑24 at multiple aggregation levels for the Cluster/Market. Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Quality teams to understand demand drivers and define appropriate aggregation levels (Building Blocks). Review market intelligence, maintain a demand model based on historical data, trends and statistical analysis. Consolidate the baseline and building‑block forecast and ensure its availability in the tools defined within the IBP process. Process and cleanse historical sales data and define/validate statistical model parameters. Detect changes in statistical patterns, communicate findings and update the forecast accordingly. Coordinate IBP meetings to facilitate cross‑functional consensus on the demand plan. Provide inputs, challenge volume assumptions related to future events and promotions. Deliver consolidated SKU‑level forecast to the DRP Planner to support MPS development. Monitor daily performance versus plan and communicate short‑ and long‑term risks and opportunities. Support inventory analysis (coverage, slow movers, obsolete items, at‑risk inventory) for finance and commercial decision‑making. Assist in developing inventory policies and safety stock levels for new, active and discontinued SKUs. Maintain up‑to‑date ABC classification of the portfolio and communicate changes. Coordinate product changes and launch plans with the Portfolio team for timely integration. Communicate constrained and unconstrained demand plans, highlight gaps during demand and supply reviews. Participate in continuous improvement projects and implementation of new planning tools and technologies. Use tactical and strategic KPIs to support data‑driven decisions that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Monitor demand planning performance indicators, analyze trends, identify root causes of losses and define corrective actions.
