Acerca de la Empresa Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Project Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo de trabajo. Buscamos una persona apasionada por la gestión de proyectos que pueda coordinar, planificar y ejecutar iniciativas de principio a fin. Colaborarás estrechamente con los equipos de Operaciones y Desarrollo para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos. Responsabilidades Diseño e implementación de metodologías y prácticas de gestión de proyectos. Identificación de oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y resultados. Preparación de informes y reportes de actividades y resultados para los stakeholders. Mantener y fortalecer el vínculo entre el cliente y el equipo productivo. Requisitos y Habilidades Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en roles similares dentro de empresas de software. Certificación PMP (o en desarrollo). Conocimientos financieros y habilidad en la gestión de presupuestos. Valorable experiencia en logística y supply chain. Experiencia en implementaciones tecnológicas y trabajo en equipos ágiles. Experiencia en trato directo con clientes (customer-facing). Dominio avanzado de inglés. Habilidades Deseables (No Excluyentes) Certificación PMI. #J-18808-Ljbffr
