Position: Medical Content Developer Type: Contract Compensation: $45–$150/hour Location: Remote Duration: 2 months Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex medical concepts into clear, structured rubrics for AI training. Write fluently in both Spanish and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression across languages. Provide cultural and medical insights specific to Spanish healthcare, ensuring linguistic accuracy in clinical and professional contexts. Work closely with reviewers and peers to refine content. Contribute to a structured project environment with clear goals and tools. Qualifications Must-Have Native-level fluency in Spanish with strong written and spoken English. Advanced degree (MD or PhD in related healthcare field). 2–6+ years of medical practice, research, or healthcare-related professional experience. Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in medical writing, instructional design, or academic publishing. Preferred Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development. Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts. Application Process Submit your resume.
