What Role You Will Play In Our Team As an Acquiring Coordinator, you will serve as the subject matter expert for acquiring operations, ensuring seamless execution of credit card transaction processes across merchants and processors. You will lead issue resolution, compliance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives that support the integrity and efficiency of our acquiring ecosystem. Torre Boston (Retiro Area) in Buenos Aires city, Argentina. What You Will Do Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution of acquiring‑related operational issues. Act as SME for acquiring operations and projects, including multi‑acquiring tools and platforms. Monitor and resolve chargebacks initiated by acquirers, ensuring timely and accurate handling. Reconcile interchange fees monthly, comparing processor data (e.g., CLX) against actual fees. Investigate and resolve merchant violation issues in coordination with compliance teams. Monitor card brand mandates (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), lead internal reviews, and ensure ongoing compliance. Support Net Financial Margin (NFM) analysis through data validation and operational insights. Provide accurate data to Payables for annual 1099‑K tax form reporting (US‑specific). Identify and implement continuous improvement and innovation initiatives in acquiring operations. Serve as backup for the Front‑End Processor Coordinator, ensuring operational continuity. About You Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in credit card operations, acquiring, or payment processing. Strong understanding of acquiring ecosystems, interchange fees, and card brand compliance. Proficiency in RCA methodologies and issue resolution frameworks. Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with reconciliation tools and reporting platforms. Excellent communication both written and oral in English and stakeholder management skills. Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
