You’ll drive technical excellence through clean, efficient code in TypeScript and Node.js, optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, and ensure seamless integrations across services. This role offers the chance to shape technical strategy, mentor developers, and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. WHAT YOU WILL DO Successfully handle the full lifecycle of assigned tickets, from development to testing and deployment, while adhering to best practices Design and implement backend features that are scalable, efficient, and maintainable, capable of handling increasing loads as the mobile app user base grows Identify, diagnose, and resolve backend issues and bugs promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the user experience and maintaining high app reliability Consistently deliver high-performance, secure, and well-documented backend code that meets product requirements and passes rigorous testing Regularly update and optimize backend systems, databases, and dependencies to enhance performance, security, and scalability Facilitate knowledge transfer by documenting key processes, conducting training sessions, and offering regular technical feedback to team members Develop and maintain advanced analytics tools that provide valuable insights into user behavior, app performance, and backend system health Ensure the backend architecture supports seamless integration with frontend components and third-party services MUST HAVES 4+ years of experience delivering high-quality code with TypeScript & Node.js Strong expertise in DynamoDB Proven track record working with high-traffic products (1.5M+ Monthly Average Users) Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS) and experience in managing scalable infrastructures Deep understanding of backend technologies relevant to mobile app development (e.g., RESTful APIs, microservices, database management) Leadership and mentorship experience Security awareness Upper-intermediate English level NICE TO HAVES Experience working with React Native PERKS AND BENEFITS Professional growth: Accelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps Competitive compensation: We match your ever-growing skills, talent, and contributions with competitive USD-based compensation and budgets for education, fitness, and team activities A selection of exciting projects: Join projects with modern solutions development and top-tier clients that include Fortune 500 enterprises and leading product brands Flextime: Tailor your schedule for an optimal work-life balance, by having the options of working from home and going to the office – whatever makes you the happiest and most productive #J-18808-Ljbffr
