Definir y liderar la estrategia tecnológica de software y hardware utilizada tanto por usuarios internos (End User) como por operaciones de tiendas, alineando soluciones con las necesidades del negocio. Establecer y gobernar estándares, políticas y homologaciones de dispositivos, aplicaciones y herramientas tecnológicas para oficinas y tiendas, garantizando seguridad, performance y escalabilidad. Liderar el delivery de proyectos tecnológicos para tiendas, incluyendo implementación y renovación de dispositivos, equipamiento y soluciones de soporte a la operación. Gestionar el ciclo de vida end-to-end de los activos tecnológicos utilizados por usuarios y tiendas, asegurando continuidad operativa, eficiencia y optimización de costos. Impulsar la automatización, innovación y mejora continua del entorno de trabajo digital y de la operación tecnológica en tiendas. Actuar como nivel 3 (L3) en decisiones técnicas complejas relacionadas con dispositivos, plataformas y experiencia digital. Asegurar un modelo de soporte eficiente, orientado a experiencia, resolución de incidentes y satisfacción de los usuarios internos y de la operación en tiendas. Liderar y desarrollar equipos, promoviendo adopción, autonomía y uso efectivo de las herramientas tecnológicas corporativas. ¿Cuáles son los requisitos? Orientamos la búsqueda a profesionales recibidos de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación, Informática o afines, con experiencia sólida liderando equipos y proyectos tecnológicos, idealmente en entornos de retail u operaciones distribuidas. Se valorará experiencia en End User / Workplace, gestión de tecnología para tiendas y delivery de proyectos de implementación.
