Role Overview We have several openings to expand our SEO team at our Buenos Aires office, working across key EMEA clients. Key Responsibilities Act as lead for 2-3 client accounts, serving as primary point of contact and delivering work while pulling in team expertise as necessary. Set client strategy and roadmaps, prioritising high-value organic search work based on opportunity and business goals. Manage the work planned for clients, delegating to our analysts while staying accountable for deadlines and final product. Develop specialist knowledge and become a go-to for team members. Run successful calls and meetings. Contribute to the pipeline through blogging, speaking, sales support, cross-sell, or upsell. Qualifications Strong technical SEO knowledge and ability to make prioritised recommendations without support. Experience using SEO tools such as Screaming, DeepCrawl, SEMrush, and Google Analytics. Strong understanding of how search works, including keyword strategy and volume considerations. Comfort with data presentation using tools like Excel and Google Sheets. Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to communicate directly with clients in a clear and empathetic way. Ability to set roadmaps, prioritise activity, and explain prioritisations. Passion for marketing and/or the digital world. Advanced English speaker (B2). Success Metrics Live our culture code every day. Effective campaign creation and delivery metrics. Internal targets on technology adoption and process optimisation met. Quality assurance metrics on all campaigns lead. Client satisfaction targets met. Learning certifications created and met across the practice. Active mentoring of less experienced SEO colleagues. Benefits Full-time role (en relación de dependencia).
