Record to Report Fixed Assets Senior Analyst The Fixed Assets Senior Analyst reports directly to the FA Team Lead. The primary function is to be responsible for a wide range of Fixed Assets tasks, including financial D&A analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance. Responsible for Monthly Project Commitment and Expenditure reporting, ensuring all closing activities are done timely and accurately. Responsible for capitalization, closure, supplement and decommitment of projects. Works with project managers to break-out large projects into components and capitalize accordingly. On a monthly basis, prepares and analyzes capitalized interest schedule and records related journal entries. Responsible for reviewing, posting, and logging of journal entries necessary for month-end close and for one-off adjustments. Responsible for owning monthly reconciliation of assigned accounts, including research and follow-up. Responsible for preparation of quarterly reports due to Air Liquide Head Office, including analysis on depreciation variations. Assists with Target and Reforecast, internal and external audit requests, and updating detailed mapping process file.
