Join us as a foundational member of our engineering team to shape our culture, processes, and infrastructure, supporting our growth 50x. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, latency, performance, scalability, and reliability of our systems, and defining the long-term vision for Site Reliability Engineering at Capchase. What will you do? Infrastructure & Scalability: Design and evolve our architecture to scale 50x; lead scalability initiatives; partner with tech leadership. Reliability & Performance: Own SLAs/SLOs, conduct capacity planning, standardize observability practices. Monitoring & Alerting: Define monitoring requirements, implement tools, build visualizations. CI/CD & Developer Velocity: Improve pipelines, automate processes, accelerate deployment. Incident Management & Disaster Recovery: Lead on-call rotations, manage incidents, drive postmortems. Security & Compliance: Collaborate on security practices, ensure compliance. Team & Culture Building: Define SRE roadmap, participate in hiring and mentoring, foster ownership and collaboration. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s in CS or related field, or equivalent experience Proficiency in programming languages like C++, Elixir, JavaScript, Python, or Go Understanding of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, GCP Strong debugging, automation, and operational skills Problem-solving, communication, and operational excellence mindset This role is ideal for engineers passionate about building scalable, high-performing systems and shaping the future of reliability engineering.
