We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer who can design, build and maintain high‑quality web applications across the entire stack. This role requires deep expertise in modern front‑end development with React, paired with strong backend engineering experience in PHP and Ruby on Rails. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, owns solutions end‑to‑end and helps nurture an engineering culture focused on quality, maintainability and tangible user impact. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong proficiency with React, including hooks, state management, component design, and build tooling. Solid experience with PHP (Laravel, Symfony, or custom frameworks) for backend application development. Strong Ruby on Rails expertise, including ActiveRecord, background jobs, RESTful APIs, and MVC patterns. Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and query optimization. Experience building and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs. Strong Git and GitHub workflow skills, including versioning, branching, and pull request management. Familiarity with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments such as AWS or GCP. Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Nice to Have Experience with TypeScript. Experience with caching layers such as Redis or Memcached. Background in automated testing frameworks for both front end and backend. Exposure to DevOps practices, monitoring tools, and application logging.
