Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Tech Lead to spearhead our development team. As a tech lead, you will drive software development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards. Your focus will be on building scalable, high‑performing, robust telecommunications solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Java developers in designing, developing, and implementing high‑quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—product management, QA, and operations—to define project specifications and timelines. Stay abreast of emerging Java technologies and frameworks, integrating them into projects to keep our solutions at the cutting edge. Oversee the entire SDLC, promoting best practices in coding standards, documentation, testing, and deployment methodologies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert guidance to team members and stakeholders. Contribute to the strategic planning of technology roadmaps, aligning them with business objectives and long‑term vision. Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team creativity and problem‑solving. Qualifications Core: JDK 17+, SpringBoot 3/microservices, Redis, Kubernetes deployment Git (basic, rebase, merge), GitLab Pipeline, GitGuardian Nice to Have: Cassandra, Angular, Kafka, API Gateway, JMeter, Swagger/OpenAPI, PlantUML (sequence/flow diagrams) Unix (basic), Postman, SonarQube/Security scans, Certificate management, Vault/Secret storage/rotation Eclipse/IntelliJ/VSCode, Jira/Confluence, AppDynamics, Elastic What We Offer Exciting Projects: Work on market‑defining products using the latest technologies across industries.
