What You’ve Done (Qualifications) Experience with payment integrations and CRM platforms to streamline workflows. Experience integrating external APIs and services. 2+ years of server administration and management. 2+ years of database management, preferably PostgreSQL. Hands‑on experience running custom web applications. 2+ years with Docker or Kubernetes. Experience with low‑code automation tools such as Zapier. Experience with web application development workflows, preferably Python, Django and PostgreSQL. SysOps/DevOps knowledge. Data analysis and business intelligence reporting experience. Comfort with remote work and digital nomad culture. Things You Might Do Here (Responsibilities) Technical Ownership Full ownership of WiFi Tribe’s tech stack, ensuring reliability, scalability and maintainability. Define and oversee architecture and workflows for our booking platform—focus on design, not coding. Design, implement and optimise integrations with third‑party systems. Partner with operations, marketing and other teams to identify workflow automation opportunities. Collaborate across departments to align technology with business needs. System Design & Problem‑Solving Plan and execute development of a custom Property Management System (PMS) or evaluate third‑party solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure or application issues. Manage technical projects from concept to completion with clear communication. Be part of a culture that prioritises meaningful relationships. Work remotely from anywhere while helping others do the same. Build tools for a community that transforms lives.
