About The Opportunity Netrix Global is looking for an experienced Cloud Engineering Manager to lead our Cloud Engineering department. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development and delivery of cloud-based solutions for our customers, ensuring high standards of performance, security and scalability. As a Cloud Engineering Manager , you\'ll manage a team of highly skilled cloud engineers, drive innovation in cloud solutions, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet business goals. What You Will Bring To The Table Proven experience in Cloud Engineering, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions, and 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure (optional) and Google Cloud (optional), with a deep understanding of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS solutions. Demonstrable experience in Managing Security services and projects. Proven leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams, guiding technical direction and ensuring successful project delivery. Good business sense and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives, ensuring the delivery of value to customers and stakeholders. Experience managing cloud architectures and infrastructure, including automation, security best practices, and cost optimization. Proficiency in cloud automation and orchestration tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar. Experience in cloud security management, compliance policies, and risk management (e.g., IAM, encryption, vulnerability management). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead customer interactions. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions. Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus. Experience with agile methodologies and work in an agile development environment. Advanced English Location Buenos Aires, Argentina.
